Yr 3 Tennis, 19th May 2010 |
Children from the Teesdale Cluster of schools competed in an exciting morning of tennis where an array of sensational skills were on display. Six schools entered this years festival and the competition was the closest it has ever been with only 3 points separating the top two teams. Congratulations to Montalbo Primary School who were the eventually winners and have been invited to represent the Teesdale Cluster at the District Final.
A big thanks goes to Teesdale School for their fantastic Year 10 GCSE class who acted as officials for the day and assisted with warm-ups, scoring, time keeping, fixtures and results. They did a great job officiating this festival.
All pupils who attended had a great day and played some fantastic tennis.
