The Gymnastics festival was highly successful, with 6 schools attending, and some schools entering more than one performance. All children participating thoroughly enjoyed each others gymnastic displays and had a fun experience. The Gymnastics on show on the whole had a Christmas theme and the majority of schools performed to Christmas music, with matching festive costumes. Peases West Primary however had been working on a football theme in their PE lessons and decided to continue the theme, and performed a Gymnastics display based around Football. The majority of schools received support from Miss Hunt to help prepare the pupils for the festival, and all schools put in many hours of hard work, which made the festival a big success. Young leaders from the sports college provided warm ups and support on the day where necessary.
