KS2 FOOTBALL SSP CENTRAL VENUE LEAGUES
The SSP is offering this new initiative to provide further football opportunities for more primary school children.
The Central Venue League involves less commitment in time, money and travel.
Schools committing to play in the leagues must have paid their ESFA affiliation fees in full prior to competing.
The SSP will help to encourage and develop local club links with the schools participating.

What your team needs to bring with them; Appropriate football kit, strip, boots/trainers, shin pads, water bottle, warm clothing for substitutes.
Competition Structure:
No swearing of any sort
Players to shake hands at end of each game
Parents to offer encouragement only, team manager to do all coaching or give instructions.
Any person not adhering to the code of conduct and causing an unwelcome distraction will be asked to leave.
Competition Structure:
- Games will last a maximum of 20 mins, two 10 min halves.
- Rolling substitutions during the game
- No throw ins, free pass in to re-start from sidelines
- Goalkeepers to be used
- No penalty area, goals must be scored in opponents half
- Size 4 ball recommended for practice and games
- Fair play to be adhered to at all times
- Code of conduct for players and spectators
